January 17th, 2008, the Great Lakes Entrepreneur's Quest announced its
Phase I winners for best emerging businesses and best new business
ideas.
OcuSciences
Inc. of Ann Arbor won $2,000 for best business idea, and Ajlsoft Inc.
of Clarkston and Clean Emissions Fluids Inc. of Harrison Township each
won $1,000. Sci_Zone of Holland won $5,000
as top emerging company, while BioLumix Inc. of Ann Arbor won $2,500,
and OPS Solutions L.L.C. of Belleville won $1,000.
